It seems that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will be pushed back once again but not due to bugs or programming.
Naughty Dog is wrapping up production and making the game go gold, but to ensure that the entire world gets its copy of Drake’s final adventure, the studio is postponing the original launch date by two weeks due to manufacturing.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End for the Playstation 4 releases on May 10, 2016
It’s no surprise that some games on the Playstation 3 are being remastered for Playstation 4.
With God of War III: Remastered coming out next month, it’s now safe to say that Nathan Drake will be joining the ranks with Kratos on the PS4 and no, we’re not talking about Uncharted 4.
It was leaked through a Playstation Store listing but was quickly taken down until Naughty Dog themselves announced it officially. Here is the Uncharted: Nathan Drake Collection.
You get all three titles into one, Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, all formatted into one for the Playstation 4. This is a good chance for those who have not played the series before and who want to prepare themselves for Uncharted 4 next year.
We can assure that this announcement was supposed to be for Sony’s E3 Press Conference on Monday, but we’ll see what else they have in store for us.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is stated for release on October 9th, 2015.

It seems that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is the latest game to be hit with a delay in its release date. In a blog post released by the game’s directors Bruce Straley and Neil Druckmann, they gave us insight into why the delay is happening as well as a new release window. You can look at some excerpts from their blog post below.
Since we showed you our first gameplay reveal of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, more of the game and story have come together, and it’s become clear to us that this game is much more ambitious than we originally envisioned.
Thank you for your patience – we know the extra wait will be excruciating, but you’ll see it will be worth it as we reveal more about Uncharted 4 over the next year. The team at Naughty Dog will be heads down working through 2015 making sure that Nathan Drake’s story gets the closure it deserves. Come Spring 2016, you and Nate are in for one thrilling, emotional ride.
It’s great that Naughty Dog is taking their time with the newest installment in their most lucrative franchise. While the delay does come to the dismay of many fans, we should all rest assured that our patience will be rewarded with a product that will live up to both the fans and the company’s elevated level of expectations.
