Time to Sit Back and Unwind – – Editor in Chief Message for July 2022

Summer is here everyone and I hope you all are doing the following: Staying hydrated, having fun with loved ones, family, and friends, and keeping up with what we’re doing for you all. At this very moment some of us in the staff have been brainstorming and placing ideas for you all. In short, we plan to make this month exciting and memorable for all of you. Articles are slowly coming together as I am currently wrapping up behind the scenes work and other forms of documentation. For this month, we have been keeping up with the various announcements and conferences of games, catching up with new movies, television shows, and season finales/premieres, and getting back on track hopefully with our podcast (which you can subscribe to here on Apple Podcast & Anchor, with new episodes and livecasts TBA soon!). We know that July is filled with conventions such as San Diego Comic-Con and Tennocon to name a few. Just because we are not attending the conferences in person, we will be catching up with the news and reporting to you all the details and information on what’s coming up soon. We are also introducing a brand-new community play days hosted by the company! It’s a way for us to connect and know you all!

Besides the usual work we’re doing here within the company, we are taking this time to get rest and relaxation. Just a reminder to everyone to always remember to take the chance to also take time to yourselves and enjoy. So until then, please remember to always stay safe, happy, healthy, smart, and strong.

More information to be announced soon in the following weeks, so be sure to keep it here on our website, join our Discord, and our various social media channels.

Exciting times to come everyone, stay tuned!

Don’t Call It A Comeback – Editor in Chief Message for June 2022

Hello Everyone! It’s been awhile, and this is an opportunity for me to catch up with you all on what’s going on here with myself and the company. At this very moment, we have reached our nine year anniversary! Thanks to you all, we’ve working slowly and steadily to get ourselves back on track with the same objective we have been following since the very beginning: to provide you with news, information, and content covering the entertainment and pop culture industry.

At this very moment, we have been stagnant. For the past couple of months, we have been delivering a variety of content, such as our TLBX Podcasts to our TLBX Streams on our Twitch channel. However, it got me thinking lately, that this isn’t enough. Myself and the staff plan to take it back where it all began, and that’s with written articles and the start of a new system to deliver news and information to you all from us that is also being added to our social media outlets.

Besides going back with more articles, we plan to promote our Discord server (which you can join right here), and give you all sneak peaks of upcoming Invitational Events and other Lunchbox Publication content that you can find here.

If you were with me and the staff since the very beginning, we want to thank you all for your continued support and patience. If you just came on board, well welcome to the circus.

Here’s to nine years and many more!

A Fresh New Slate That’s Pumpkin Spice Flavored! – Editor in Chief Message for October 2021

Forgive the title of this one folks, it was just too good to skip out on.

It’s been a while since I have typed out one of these, but hello everyone and welcome to Fall. First, I want to start off by saying on behalf of myself and the company, we want to say thank you for your love, prayers, thoughts and support on Matt’s passing back in May. I guess I could say it was too soon for us to cover E3 the following month or do anything at all that’s related to the company. However, myself and the rest of the group knew that if we stopped progressing and become stagnant, there was no way we could have gotten out of the hole we found ourselves in. In short, we had to take some time off, recover, grieve, and push forward when the moment was right. We appreciate your time and patience with us as we are trying to slowly but surely transition ourselves back in a schedule of writing articles, social media posts, and a variety of streams/content for you all.

Since it’s Spooktober, the amount of content will mostly cover horror, science-fiction, and suspenseful entertainment and pop-culture topics. Our goal is to connect with you all why October is a great way to generate the amount of hype of our return. Speaking on connections, expect a huge announcement from us soon later this month as we will transition ourselves to make a community for all you supporters and fans out there.

Until then, keep us bookmarked, follow our social media accounts, and prepare yourselves for a month of frights and excitement!

Trials and Tribulations – May 2021 Editor in Chief Message

Hello Everyone, it has been a while.

I hope all is well with each and every one of you. I wish nothing but healthy and positive vibes to you, you family, and friends during these tough times.

At this moment, the entire staff of Teh Lunchbox Publications is trying to experiment with different methods and ways to connect with every one of you. We are pushing the boundaries of our websites, Twitch channel, and our social media platforms to make sure you are well informed with our news articles and podcasts and entertained with our content and live broadcasts.

The next plan hopefully is to team up with various freelance writers to help cover topics we are unfamiliar on. When we get ourselves together, we plan to contact the community and hope people are interested in writing for us. Also, you all have been asking for this and it is coming folks. Our official company Discord channel will be on the way!

The process of growth is slowly but steady for us, but we all know it is going to be worth it in the end.

So until next time, stay strong, healthy, smart and of course, stay frosty.

To Regain & Start Fresh – Editor in Chief Message for November 2020

I’ll be honest with you all, it feels like it’s been months since I’ve typed up one of these Editor in Chief messages. To this day, it’s hard to come up with words, but I’m going to try.

Hello Everyone! It has been awhile! I hope you all have been doing well, staying safe, and doing the best you can during this pandemic.

So where to begin? At this very moment, Myself and the entire company have been dealing with daily life tasks. Whether it’s school, work, or other personal engagements, we are keeping ourselves busy. However, when it comes to our Lunchboxers (The name we give to our fellow Followers and Fans), we have never forgotten you. As much as we’ve been doing livestreams on Twitch and brought back our infamous podcast series, we’ve failed to make up to our promises in giving you the best of news and information via through articles and newsletters. Sorry isn’t enough, but in time we will make it up to you all.

The year is almost over and at this moment, myself and the company are catching up on various news, creating content for you all on both Twitch and YouTube, and getting back into a system where articles are posted daily to keep you up to date on what’s going on both entertainment and pop culture.

Be sure to stay tuned by keeping us bookmarked, following us on our social media channels, and tuning into out broadcasts on Twitch!

Here’s to the future and a brand new start.

I’m Sorry – February 2020 Mini Editor in Chief Message

I’m sorry, I honestly don’t know where to begin or how to start this. I feel as if we have failed you all in keeping our promise that we will keep you updated with news and information in both entertainment and pop culture. It’s been quite a while since any articles have been posted here on this website, mainly because this isn’t a full-time job yet for me and the other staff. Everything that the company has offered to the public, whether its articles, streams, content created projects like pictures or videos, and podcasts have been created by our own free and available time. When it comes to company funding (money), all of it comes from our own pockets to buy equipment and other devices. That also includes certain upgrades to our website or social media outlets to giveaways such as business cards or stickers. In short, we’re not funded as some of these things have been paid from various paychecks. Hopefully starting now, we will at least keep you updated the best to our ability. For those who have been with us since the beginning and stuck with us to this point, we appreciate it. If you have just joined us, please note that we will do the best to our ability to show that me and the company are worth your time and attention.

Thank you for your time in reading this, we’ll catch up soon!

Apologies, Reflection, & Changes – Editor in Chief Message for January 2019

Besides welcoming you into the new year of 2019, I honestly don’t know how to begin this Editor in Chief message. It’s been awhile since I’ve written on of these and it was tough to keep in track of these and other articles because of laziness, lack of push, among the usual “life” duties (Family/Friends, School, Other Jobs). In short, all I’m trying to tell you is that I’ve failed you and I’m sorry. If you’re reading this and you’ve been following us since the very beginning of the company, the start of the website, the day we’ve turned into Twitch Affiliate, or the five-year anniversary of Teh Lunchbox Publications, thank you for your continuous love and support.

During my absence from writing articles, I studied and took a step back to reflect upon the company. I asked myself one question, “What makes us Teh Lunchbox Publications?”. After some thought and breaking down what creates this company, I came up with three words: “Informative. Variety. Entertaining.” The first word, Informative, means we provide you the latest information and news on video games, movies, television, comic books, manga, and other types of pop culture. We want to be the first website you visit, bookmark, subscribe, and follow to keep you in the know. The second word, Variety, is self-explained as this company currently has a variety of staff that covers the different types of entertainment and pop culture media. Don’t get me started on our Twitch channel, as it’s filled with variety as some of the staff and I play and host different types of games. The final word is Entertaining. The company is filled with unique personalities and views showing them in various content we provide for you all.

With the company five years in, a lot of changes and improvements are in the works right now. Stay tuned for surprises and announcements from us in the days to come. Thank you all for reading, enjoy this month of articles and content from Teh Lunchbox Publications!

A Merc With A Mouth + Zombies + Ninjas = Love! – Editor in Chief Message for February 2016

Love is what makes someone happy to be noticed and cared for by others. It can also be given in a form of imagination.

When someone creates something, whether it’s a video game, film, television show, comic, manga, a story, or a simple piece of art, that person is creating something for someone to admire it. To have that ability and share that passion to the entire world without the consent of selfishness is going to be shown this entire month, especially with these releases.

For gaming, unleash your inner shinobi in Naruto Shippûden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, take part in the Wyoming wilderness as you solve a mystery in Firewatch, relive the adventures of Kat and find her memories in Gravity Rush: Remastered, solve puzzles as you get to the other side in Unravel, face the dangers of the stone age in Far Cry Primal, and choose your side in Fire Emblem Fate or Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2!

Television has us glued to the seats with returning shows such as Vikings and Better Call Saul. This month has premieres such as American Crime Story, Animals, and 11.22.63.

See some movies this month such as the pancake loving, foul mouthed, anti-hero Deadpool, watch how being chivalry can turn you into a zombie killer in Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, follow the mess a fixer must clean up with the help of some fellow actors and actresses in Hail, Ceasar!, and see how a model can save the world again in Zoolander 2.

Me and entire staff are not only excited for this month of entertainment but were are also preparing for second convention coverage at Katsucon 2016! Hope we all see you there!

From me and staff here at Teh Lunchbox Publications, please enjoy another lovely and exciting month and to always keep it here for all your news and information on the entertainment world!

Cheers!

Me Chibi!
