Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice Comic-Con Trailer Is Here!

San Diego Comic Con attendees and now the entire world has a chance to see the Man of Steel and the Dark Knight duke it out a bit in the brand new trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice!

Not only we see Ben Affleck (The Town, Gone Girl) as Batman and Henry Cavill (The Man From U.N.C.L.E., Immortals) in action but it’s the first time we see Jeremy Irons (Die Hard with a Vengeance, Eragon) as Alfred Pennyworth, Gal Godot (Fast and the Furious series) as Wonder Woman, and Jesse Eisdenberg (The Social Network, American Ultra) as the infamous Lex Luthor.

Judging by the trailer, it seems that after the events of the Man of Steel movie, Superman is being looked at as both a hero and an “Alien Threat”, making Bruce Wayne turning into Batman to stop him.

Batman v Superman Trailer is Here!

After some footage got leaked the day before, I guess director Zack Snyder and co. decided now would be as good a time as any. Sure some of those people who were going to the special IMAX showings will be disappointed, but does it really matter because it is here and it is awesome!

Say what you want, but they really have a flair for the dramatics over at Warner Bros. studio. Hopefully those who were going to see the IMAX release of the trailer aren’t too upset. They still get to see it exclusively in IMAX and no one else gets to say that. For everyone else, it’s just a good time to be a fan.

Jessie Eisenberg as Lex Luthor,

The folks over at Entertainment Weekly have given us the first look at what Jessie Eisenberg’s character Lex Luthor will look like in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (which oddly enough is exactly one year away). Enough discussion has been had about whether he can pull off the look (as well as whether he can seriously bring the character to life) and it seems as though it comes off very well. Zack Snyder, who is the director for the project, also had give some insight to give regarding the character itself and what we may expect to see from Eisenberg in his role.

“He’s not any of the Lexes that you’ve seen, that’s for sure other than him being a captain of industry and one person to the world and another person to himself. And bald, of course. Our Lex is disarming and he’s not fake. He says what he believes and he says what’s on his mind. If you can unravel the string and decipher what he means, it’s all there.”
