Ladies and Gentlemen, Night Dive Studios has now permitted to hunt dinosaurs again with their announcement that Turok: Dinosaur Hunter and Turok 2: Seeds of Evil will see modern Re-Releases.

Along with the usual visual updates that will be coming (and we all expect them to be great), both games will see upgrades in other facets as well. CEO and founder of Night Dive Studios Stephen Kick had this to say about bringing back the both the 1997 and 1999 titles.

“when Turok: Dinosaur Hunter was first released it was nothing short of revolutionary. To that point, no game had ever offered the combination of graphics and an open world environment that Turok featured. We are very excited to have the opportunity to bring this great franchise back to life and to be able to share these great titles with today’s gaming audience.”

No news yet on when you can expect to see the games return, but stay tuned and I’m sure they’ll give everyone the scoop in due time.
