Earlier today, Funimation Entertainment, Toei Animation, and 20th Century Fox announced a joint collaboration that would allow the world premiere of Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’ to be shown at the Egyptian Theatre in Los Angeles on Saturday, April 11th. An English dub version is also set to be released in the summer. You can buy tickets for the world premiere at dragonballz.com.

For those that don’t know, this movie is indeed a sequel to the 2013 movie Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Gods. This sequel should see more familiar characters make a return to the DBZ universe (not the least of which will be Frieza). If you’re in the area for the world premiere, get your tickets now. For those who have to wait for the summer release (like myself), just be cool and your patience will be rewarded.
