Well it was only a matter of time. Jason Voorhees has finally made his way to the Mortal Kombat franchise. Confirmation came from Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios this morning and was accompanied by a preview video. The preview (shown below) was short, but gripping nonetheless.
Available as a DLC, Jason will be included in the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack which will of course be apart of the Mortal Kombat X Kollector’s Edition by Coarse (both Limited and Platinum Editions). Don’t fret though, you can still buy the pack separately for $29.99. The pack will also have the Samaurai Pack which will give you access to special skins for Kenshi (Ronin), Shinnok (Samurai), and Kitana (Jingu).
Mortal Kombat X will be available April 14, 2015 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
