Message From The Editor-in-Chief (January 2015)

Greetings & Welcome to 2015! We have a lot in store for you all just to begin the new year for us at Teh Lunchbox Publications. Changes have been going around lately, with us hiring two new members, Julisa & Cecily and new news, reviews and previews for the entertainment world. One thing that won’t change is the love and dedication we have for you all and we appreciate your support and patience.

The month of January has new things to look out for. For movies, watch a former special ops soldier in saving the only thing he cherishes in Taken 3, check out Thor stop a national cyber breach in Blackhat, laugh out loud as you see a bear fit in society in Paddington, and watch an American soldier try and cope with his emotions in American Sniper.

Gaming starts with re-releases of favorite titles on the Wii being released for the Wii-U console, such as Super Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid Prime Trilogy, & Punch-Out!. While old school titles hit the network such as Duke Nukem Megaton Edition, Grim Fandango: Remastered, & Resident Evil HD Remastered. Last but certainly not least, the next gens get hit with the coolest President of the United States in Saints Row IV: Re-Elected Edition and survive and put your parkour skills to the test against the living dead in Dying Light.

New television shows caught our eye and hopefully yours with mid-season premieres of Gotham, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, The Flash, and Arrow. New seasons of Black Sails and The Americans will premiere with new shows that look promising such as Backstrom and Agent Carter.

With the Fall Season of Anime ending, we start Winter with the premiere of the second season of Durarara, Absolute Duo, and Tokyo Duo. We also have new Manga reviews of DramaCon and Magical Girl Apocalypse.

Last but not least, some of us will be attending MagFest 2015, and we hope to see you all there!

Again, we appreciate the support and love from you all and we won’t take that for granted. We have a lot of work to do here and we hope you stick with us for more.

Cheers,

Grayson M.
